You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Any activity occurring under your account is your sole responsibility. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
3. Subscription and Payments
- Ratna ERP offers both Lifetime and Subscription-based plans.
- Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in your specific agreement.
- Failure to pay subscription fees may result in suspension or termination of service.
4. Permitted Use
You agree to use Ratna ERP only for lawful business purposes related to jewelry retail management. You shall not use the platform to transmit malware, engage in fraudulent activities, or interfere with the system's security.
5. Data Ownership
You retain full ownership of the business data you input into Ratna ERP. We provide the infrastructure and tools to manage this data but do not claim ownership of it.
6. Limitation of Liability
Ratna ERP is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services, including data loss or business interruption.
7. Service Availability
While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance and unforeseen technical issues may cause temporary downtime. We will provide updates during such events via system broadcasts.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the service if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the platform will immediately cease.
9. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
